Dancer / Dancing sculpture
Even though two years of ballroom lessons couldn’t help my two left feet, I had a lot of fun. Most importantly I learned to truly appreciate what it takes for a talented dancer to perform and the joy they feel through movement, hence the title of this piece.
This small assemblage sculpture measures about eleven inches tall (28cm). It is made from recycled mild steel. The pieces of the sculpture are joined by gas tungsten arc welds (gtaw “tig welded”) The finish has been left natural. It is coated with an enamel clear coat to protect the piece and prevent oxidation. The artist’s signature and date are engraved on the bottom.

Locomotive / Train sculpture
The
perfect size for a small shelf nook or office desk, this small
assemblage sculpture measures about four inches long (100mm). It is made
from recycled stainless steel. The pieces of the sculpture are joined
by gas tungsten arc welds (gtaw “tig welded”)

| "Balance"by Anton Witting Stones were arranged to the point of a precarious balance. To make this position permanent the stones were cored and fitted with a fabricated steel spine.
